Quick Time Error : "Meet The Creeper.mp4" contains MPEG-4 technologies which Quick Time currently does not support.

What version of quick time are you using?

Well all I know is that since about version 6.0, Quicktime has been using MPEG-4 technologies, hence your error message suggested to me that you were using an old version. 8)
