Not bagging out people you haven't met is UNAUSTRALIAN.
I bet you don't even drink VB.
I've never seen a girl being classy after drinking a reasonable amount of vodka.
Not saying this is a bad thing.
you obviously haven't met.... oh wait nm

Don't stress Natashya, we're cool sis... no need for riding gear based sexual preference accusations, stereotyping people is not cool.

Back on topic.
I'm sick of people saying "oh my great aunt's fanny cracker told me that...<insert bush lawyer bullshit here>"
If you are prepared to fight each individual case on some sort of anarchistic view in the true sense of the word I say more power too you. However, from personal experience I would say you really shouldn't sweat the small stuff, it's more important that we focus on more serious issues like the tabling of the new search laws and the like, which come from politicians.
The more power we give to the police the more they will try and use them. I'm sure there's a quote from a local Commissioned Officer but I can't be bothered digging it up. However, it went along the lines of, and in reference to the seizure of assets as a result of criminal activity, i.e. seizing houses or cars from drug dealers. The local guy said something like we'll try use the law in any way we can and not just in the spirit it was drafted. They were attempting to seize the house of a sex offender, on the basis that that offender used a different house to commit the offence therefore his own house should be forfeit.
I'm probably explaining it poorly and someone will probably know the incident I'm referring to but the context I think is concerning.
If you start getting in the copper's face on the side of the road you could end up with a yellow sticker as well as whatever else they stopped you for. If you yes sir, no sir, three bags full sir, then it's unlikely to get any worse. I'm sure I've written an in-depth thing about this ages ago, about not getting the copper's back up but not admitting anything either, cbf'ed looking it up.
You're going to draw attention to yourself by riding a bike, that's just the way it is. It's due to a long history of some riders riding in a manner that will attract the ire of the police. I'm guilty of it, blame me if you want, but don't cry that the police are giving you a hard time just cause you ride a bike.
Know when and where you can ride, accept that if you mod your bike you could get into trouble for it, and if you truly fuck up and get caught, man up, don't go sooking and looking for a way out, claiming the coppers are picking on you.
