its somehow rolled over and is blocking both lanes. cant remember the location but when i went past there was a fair bit of traffic and emergency services were not on the scene yet so id imagine traffic will be shocking on the freeway. if your in a car use the back roads.

Can you give us a rough location? At the moment you've narrowed it down to between Joondalup and Mandurah...
