Just spotted them cruising up and down Scarborough Beach Road.

The last two mornings there have been multiple bikes on the Mitchell Fwy (South) between Whitfords & the City. This was around 6.15am today and at 9am yesterday. What they're targetting I'm not sure, as its pretty difficult to speed excessively (in a car anyway) at 6.15am - hopefully it's people changing lanes without indicating, my current bug-bear.
