Is that article a crash report or traffic report?
I think there's a good chance that if you're reading it you're probably already at home and don't really need to know how smoothly the traffic is flowing.

Strange for the West to use such a neutral first paragraph. Aleisha Preedy must be new.

Hope the rider is ok, and RIP pedestrian.
