Hay fonzy, glad to her your relatively ok, but dude got to the docs especially if you were LOC (loss of consciousness) at the scene. I know its a pain in the ass but its worth it ah!

As for the bike - if the frames not bent and the engine still starts I think you'll find its not as bad as you think and you'll be ok.

hmmm...yeah i was kinda thinking of going to the docs tommorow. my hip is killin me.

i dont know if i lost consciousness though....there is a blank bit but it could only be for bout 3-5 seconds and someone said this can be from the shock.

As for the bike i cant see why it wouldnt start, i'll just have to fiddle it into neutral as the gear selector is snapped off.

my family has a long history with our insurance bloke so he and an assessor are coming over monday to have a look at the bike and give me a bit of advice on if if should make a claim. once i know that i will help.

unfortunatly my excess is $1400 if i do claim.

but yeah, get that hip checked out and if youve got any dents on the helmet, make sure to add that to a claim if you put one in

It was nice of that first roo to give you a little warning so you could grab a bit of brake and slow a bit.

I feel for you mate. The one that took me out was lucky it was dead before I got to it!
Seeing they're government property, shouldn't the government be footing the bill!!
