Thing is from reading that I would fit in a seat that size (17") although not with 100% comfort (6'1"/135kg's and big shoulders) and I reckon from the photo of him posted he is smaller than me And if the airline is deliberately downsizing seating etc from the norm to charge extra for seating then that is discriminatory Being company policy doesn't make something legal

An aeroplane has 1 asset that create value - it transports things through the air. The cost for this asset breaks down into 2 things volume and weight.

Now go ring up an international removalist company and the first thing they will ask you is:
1) How big is it
2) How much does it weigh

Why is transporting a body different from moving my flat screen tv to hong kong?
