I sincerely hope that the Hi 5 tapes on page 3 were not stolen deliberately.

There's a lot of police things there. Don't think I'll find my two boxes of tools that got knocked off a couple of weeks after moving here...
There's some security cameras too - mmm, they can't have worked very well....
Are these recovered stolen items? If so why dont they get in contact with the owners, the VIN/engine number should be able to match to the owner for the bike?
Or are they items that have been confiscated due to purchase from proceeds of crime?

Sometimes the vin numbers have been ground down, and if no-one comes forward to claim it, it gets auctioned.
There is also confiscated stuff, the harley that was on the front cover of the paper with the politician sitting on it went up for auction not long after.
I don't reckon too many people would have bid for it though!
That ZX-9 is my best friends old bike is was confiscated due to the procedes of crime law, i wouldnt advise anyone to buy it though as the engine was making some very loud, strange noises just before the cops took it off him so it will probably need a rebuild if you get it.
done almost 70k km's too.....

Wonder if the bolt cutters on page 15 were used to steal most of the bikes...![]()
It is worth remembering that when a person dies, his or her funeral contributes to the Gross Domestic Product, even though they are no longer there.
