About LinkBacksI can see from Rockingham to somewhere round Shelley from my study window and alot just went black in one sheet of lightning.

Power is on but we are floating away in North Perth.
Lights have been flicking a bit in Vic Park.
And I'm 'working' right now too.

Right now I'm stressing about a loose window awning that's been moving about in the wind... Only just discovered it (or rather heard it) about 45 mins ago when the wind picked up. Have tried but can't do shit all about it at the momentAh the joys of owning a weatherboard house built in 1945
Still, I'd have it over a new brick and tile house anyday.

Midvale here, lights have blinked a couple of times, once for long enough to scare my UPS into beeping. It's just started raining.
Edit: And there is the occasional earth-shattering KABOOM.

Yeah NOR lights are flickering once in a while.. nothing to too ecxiting... Only time ive crapped myself coz of lightning was when i was waiting for my plane to come in up at Parabudoo and i dunno if you guys have seen the lightning up north. It doesnt spread across the sky like down here. Its a single bolt that hits the ground.. Frikin air strip was SURROUNED by lightning bolts hitting the gound. and im thinking. Fuck. Im going to have to fly in that in soon!

That was interesting, there was just a bright flash and a buzzy clicking noise from my UPS. My computer's still on so I guess it just paid for itself about ten times over...

Turn computer on... 10seconds later, flash and boom above my house somehow managed to short our rcd for the powerpoints.forgot my torch but the lighting was kind enough to provide illumination on the walk out to the fuse box.
was pretty intense out here in port kennedy , lightning bolts rather then flashes and intense thunder. cats were freaking out, was laying in bed and one cat pretty much tried to lay under me it was that scared. im just waiting for big robot aliens to come out of the ground
