they were putting him up on a strecher when i drove past, another person was sitting on the floor with a blanket around them (driver?)

bike didnt look t oo banged up, was somesort of harley/cruisers?

A mate witnessed the crash and helped out. Based on his account would seem to be another incompetent cager. Rider wasnt looking to good either he said. Hope the rider heals fast
