Rider down Leach Hwy, E Fremantle

About two hours ago we saw a bike was down in westbound lanes at the crest of the hill between stock road and carrington st. Was a black bike, maybe a 600, maybe a naked? Hard to tell. Bike was fairly bashed up. We got passed by an ambulance heading to royal Perth with lights and sirens, I assume it contained the rider.

Thanks guy, I know he was going a bit fast, we all do at times but what I don't understand is why the cops had there booze bus set up just the other side of the crest, he didn't have a chance of missing the parked cars waiting to be checked.
