A MOTORCYCLE rider has died from suspected serious head injuries after coming off the bike near Wundowie.
The crash occurred just after 1pm on Werribee Rd near the Darling Range town, about 67km north-east of Perth.
The rider, believed to be male, was rushed to hospital via St John's Ambulance with serious head injuries but he died shortly after.
The rider's death is the third road fatality in the last 48 hours.

Funny enough, I was just talking to my friend about that. Our speedometer has melted and as a result it's very hard to see with any degree of accuracy exactly how fast we were going.
