Now I'm not saying that I know what happened, but there are literally endless possibilities...tyre blew out, car malfunctioned, driver did it deliberately, was texting on his mobile, is just plain retarded etc etc etc.

Anything could have caused that accident.

yep very presumptuous but as they're doing roadworks around there, one would/should be able to think that speed wasn't an issue, but it doesn't take the fact away that the errant car was being driven by a 20 yr old
