Can't remove bar ends on new CBR250

Any ideas here? I read they used "locktite" or something on the screws. I can't get them to budge for love or money.
Tried WD40 and boiling water too.
I want to replace them with me new "go faster" red ones

I dont know what type or "fastener" is used to hold them in the bar, but if its a tapered type like barkbusters, unscrew it a few turns then bump the screw/bolt into the bar with a hammer should release the clamp.
