Changing the back end of CBR600F3

I want to change the back end of my 95 CBR600f3 by removing the plastic under the number plate along the line of where the top of the indicators are and also movingthe number plate up as far as i can. Alos i would like to fit a rear tail light that incorporates the turn signals....
my question is does anyone know of any rules that say you cant chop down the plastic mud guard and also where would i find a tail light with indicators, i have found ones for 97 cbrs but not 95, will the 97 fit?

browncow did this with one of his bikes, and it took him like a year to get it registered again after some big meany pants cops stickered him and pits people made him jump through all sorts of hoops.

if you're prepared for that, then be my guest. the cops will fuck you over for any sort of modification, so please don't do it to your bike and then complain when it happens.
