Clic-r pliers

My brutale has these CLIC type hose clamps on the fuel lines. I need to get them off to clean the fuel pump. The problem is noone seems to have heard of these pliers in Perth.

Does anyone know of somewhere I can buy a pair? If not any advice on how to remove them?

I found this set on the net however the don't have a online payment system and I haven't heard back from them for 4 days.
