Got some ASV levers the other day... I must say, top marks for presentation, far out!
I would have been happy with them being bubble-wrapped in a zip-lock bag, but each lever comes individually boxed in cut-out foam, with a card mounted in there, very impressive.
Would buy again (especially from motomummy)

I'm very interested to see if they fit your 400... If that's the case I might have to start blinging up mine again.

*apparently* all the non-radial Hondas are interchangeable.
that said, I haven't got to fitting them up yet, other stuff being done first...

Finally caved and ordered some ASV shorties for my first Trakdayz on the 27th of next month from motomummy. They are throwing in a set of driven gel grips as a freebie if anyone is interested.
The google checkout estimate was $254 Australian including shipping. Happy ordering if your sitting on the fence!!!

Just on the ASVs vs Pazzos... one advantage i can see on the pazzos is you can adjust the clicker on the move with your index finger.
Can't do that o the ASVs, but the ASVs are more adjustable.
Swings and roundabouts - i love my ASVs - once they're adjusted i never move them anyway...

Seems a lot of us have the same levers, but an hour to fit??
Took me about ten minutes, and I'm a mechanitard. Some trick to it with the GSXR's?

Really just comes down to what colour and length you're after. Some people prefer short, others prefer to stick with OEM length. Many brands available now, and most are similar - read: copies of one another; some of the brands appear identical at first glance but may vary with their roller bearing design and/or other features to enhance their strength. CRG, CNR, Pazzo and Titan are all examples of very similar levers. The ASV's are about the shortest ones I've seen; I've used OEM, CRG, Pazzo and Titan. Will really probably just come down to what you can get readily at a price you can afford, with a colour to suit your style.

An hour might still be slightly excessive, but yours would have been easier to fit up because you have a hydraulic clutch.
Cable operated clutches can cause a bit of extra stuffing around if you have to adjust it to get extra slack out of it, and they can be a bastard to get the end into the lever.

^^ also, 1 hr gives you time to be careful and not put the fucking flatblade screwdriver across your shiny new levers when tightening the screw up, clean grease up, realise you didn't put the bushing in and start over after reading the instructions, etc.
for the record, i got mine on without incident, with cable clutch in about 30 minutes

1 never done this before so as thro said being careful.
The bit that took me the longest time was getting the old clutch lever out of the bracket where it pivots. It wouldn't pull straight out forwards after removing the screw it pivots on.
After a bit of head scratching I undid the bolt on the bracket that it sits in and moved it a couple of mm away from the grips and tilted the lever upwards a bit. Gave it just a fraction more room and came straight out.
It won't come straight out forwards. It has to move at about 45 degrees towards the grips as you pull it out. Probably screwed around for 20 min trying to work that out. Then of course the time screwing round making sure they were at just the right angle.
