Thumbs up excellent!

Thanks for the info Joker!

been planning on doing this for a little while but having you work out all the details made it a whole lot easier (was still a pain in the ass though)

now i need to order in some led's and change the dash backlights

you can put higher wattage ones in, but as you already mentioned it yes their is a risk of melting the headlight, but you can also melt the wiring harness as well

imho dont do it, i always use the narva plus 50 globes in mine which seem a bit brighter (but use the same power draw)

im thinkin there mite be a bit more stuffing around for the ninja 250r headlights coz i think one side is dedicated for lowbeam only n the other for highbeam only... anyone got any input for this?

dude, this write up IS for the headlight configuration you mentioned....

follow what i wrote up, everyone else has. i wrote it so the person with the least amount of sparky experience can wire it up.

good luck

i'm FAIRLY sure both headlights would be aiming different directions, no? might want to check that before you drive around with a low beam aiming up into peoples faces.
