    Exhaust Dent

    Has anyone got techniques to get a dent out of aluminium can exhaust, ive used propane torch then rapid cool with loctite freeze and release. Its removed most theres just a tiny dent left.

    Any techniques removing the last part of it

    I bought the r6 smash damaged with a yoshi pipe on it dont know how yours is constructed but i drilled the pop rivets tapped it straight with a peen and hammer polished it and rebuilt it with rivets( it would be more difficult with a satin finish i reckon) post up some picks might make it easier for peeps to look at i know theres a few fabricators on this site)

    kinda hard to take a photo its now about 1-2mm deep but heating it up wont get out the last part and its curved surface.

    Does anyone know what size rivets two brothers use ??
