    frayed ninja 250 clutch cable

Where can I pick up a clutch cable with out paying out my ass? Also, are they relatively straight forward and easy to replace?

I haven't had a good look at it yet but it seems to have frayed around the barrel adjust. I heard a and felt a click through the lever, and now about half the lever movement is free play. The clutch still disengages and engages within the small amount of movement I have thank god.

I can't wait a couple days for shipping so I'll have to source it locally

Won't cost too much. I got a genuine one from Honda that cost me <$30.
Lucky your bike still runs! I pushed mine to a friends house and rode home at night without a clutch

Called around and no one had one in stock except Mack 1. Cost me $39.60 for a blood clutch cable. Any hoe, it was pretty urgent that I had it replaced so what's done is done. The change out was surprisingly very easy, though I did have to get my mummy to help me route the cable through

40$ for a clutch cable is cheap. Replaced one on my bike about a month ago and that cost me 70$ and had to wait for it to come from eastern states
