Gaskets and excva valve removal

Ok, the old system is off, not that bad really. But I'm not sure what to do about the the gaskets, the new yoshi systeem says that it is designed to be used without gaskets, So do I still use some gasket sealant for a good seal or not. the new manifold seems to be a very nice fit, it looks perfect.

Also has anyone ever removed the excva servo and it's cables.

Excva ( exhaust control valve actuator & exhaust control valve )this valve closes on start up and opens up as you increase in revs.

Yep..I removed the exhaust valve and actuator...

Once you put a pipe on that does away with the exhaust valve theres no point carrying the actuator around...

You will need to disconnect a certain wire to stop from getting an FI(fuel injection) fault light...

Do a search on Gixxer.com...
