Gpx250 slipon muffler need rejet?

Hey guys I want to replace the mufflers on my gpx. As the original are a little banged up and the rest of the bike looks great. If I get some slipons like two brothers etc do I need to get a rejet?

yes , and it will sound like shit and your neighbours will hate you. your best to goto the wreakers and get some good looking stock ones which is probably cheaper.

it will also make it sell faster if it looks stock and clean. an mp3 player and your favourite tune is a much wiser option for sound imo.

I did not want to admit to listening to my music while - gasp- riding . For fear of offending the more experienced riders ... But that being said at highway speed on the gpx it's mostly vibration and wind I can hear lol

Yeah i put a slip on my ninja and have had to rejet, k&n and get it dyno tuned. but .. it goes better and has much smother power delivery plus traffic can hear u !!

Interesting... Do you mind telling me where you got the rejet and how much it cost . How is your fuel consumption now?
