Who wants to tell me the ins and outs if maintaining ya bike I now the obvious check oils tyres etc etc

What bike?

My crf gets an oil change every race or 2, my gpx is every 6000kms.

Myne goes back to the dealer every 6000kms.... But I check the tyre pressure on occasion and lube the chain

Bit more info on what bike and condition would get a answer more suited to your situation.

My mate that knows nothing about bikes and rides a Ninja 250 came over on the weekend. We checked his oil and coolant levels, lubed his chain and clutch cable as well has his gear lever and side stand, checked a few bolts and sent him on his way.

I bought the workshop manual for my sportster has a lot of info on maintenance so I follow that, rather do all of the maintenance myself
