    Maintenance Spreadsheet

I would like to put all my service info for each bike into a spreadsheet so I know whats been done and when, then hopefully have it remind me when the next service was due.

Any one have/use a good Maintenance spreadsheet?

Can`t you just make up your own Exel spreadsheet? I made one up for all the racing data I need to save and a simple sheet only took me about an hour to get right.

It`s all racespecific. What seetings, which tyres, temperatures, laptimes and many more things you need to know from test to test...

Just spent a couple of mins making up a excel spreadsheet that may be what you're after but can't work out how to attach it here.
If you send me your e-mail addy I can send it to you if you like.

EDIT: just worked it out but it's a zip file so you'll need to know where it goes to once downloaded/saved
only done 4 rows so you may have to copy down to make more if need be
    red hilight means over due
    Yellow means coming due soon
rest should be easy to work out
Some cells have formulas and conditional formatting
you could hide colomns G H and I if you wanted to as there are only needed for the rest of the formulas

    cheers

You may find this as a guide if your a bit of a diy techie. i do my services by myself, i got the tools, the knowhow, and most importantly a workshop manual.
You can use what iv created to either do it yourself or take it to k-tech or some other service shop and let them knwo what you want done according to your service routine:

Cool, thanks for posting up those spreadsheets. I'll have a go at designing/modifying to suit.
