    Needle bearing installer-wtd

I need someone that can install the needle bearings into my 954 swingarm,
As part of powder coating my swingarm, ive removed all the bearings but don't fancy trying to get the new ones back in, don't have a press and not to keen on using a vice to try and get them in.

If you know of someone / a company that can do this for me, please post up or pm me.
    Cheers!

Pretty much any workshop bikes/cars would be able to.

If you had a location set people may suggest someone near you.

    Near welshpool would be good,
Getting them out showed just how fragile they can be, decent wack with a hammer and they fall to pieces!

I have a very old, very large mechanical press in my shed north of the river if you're stuck. I haven't used it for 20 years so it could be rusted up.

Huzzar!! Remembered seeing something like a press in the workshop, sure enough we have a 12t press!

Any advice/ tips for installing bearings using a press?

Protect your swingarm and the bearing with something sacrificial to avoid damage.

Freeze and lubricate the bearing to improve the fit and reduce friction.

With a press it should just go straight in, just make sure it's straight/square when going in.
