Question O2 sensor 'reducer' for Link Pipe...

I'm in the process of trying to install a 'Graves Motorsports' cat elim exhaust on my new ZX10R.

TurboR1 helped me out immensely with some advice about the install (which gave me some piece of mind I was on the right track and not going to blow my new bike to pieces ) It also got me searching the internet for a 'Reducer' for the bunghole (not supplied)

Basically from what I can gather the US O2 sensors are 18mm and the Euro versions are 12mm. US guys are having a few issues with Akra and Yoshi's etc because their link pipes O2 sensor holes are too small for their sensors.

    Anyways...

Basically I need to locate a 'reducer' 12mm internal - 18mm external thread, to fit into my link pipe so my OEM O2 sensor will fit.
    OR
There is the option of welding it up and re-tapping it I suppose (not sure how simple or costly this is being titanium?? or whether it could be done with some other alloy etc.)

If anyone can point me in a direction of either of these options. OR suggest something else that would be quite dandy!
I found one that is the reverse that obviously all the yanks get/need. But can't locate one the way I need.

NOTE: at the moment PCV and Autotune etc are not on the cards. Though they maybe shortly. (I know the Autotune comes with its own O2 sensor which I know would be the 18mm)

EDIT: Actually Thinking about it. It might be better to get a new one welded on as a 12mm then just plug the 18mm with the supplied bung plug. Then if I do go down the Autotune path I still have the 18mm hole. (Guess this replaces the weld-up option not the reducer option)

    Cheers.

Well after about 6 hours of searching , emailing and ringing around hose fitting places in perth, I found the exact product for this application. Though it's an overseas site and I'm not waiting for shipping. So this is just for anyone who searches for this and comes accross this forum post
DIF O2 Sensor Adapter (22mm HEX Size) M18-1.5 to M12-1.25

What I'm going to do... Which I should have done originally and similarly to what Shadow suggested above.
I was provided an Aluminium Plug for the bung in the link pipe. So tonight I'm off to Bunnings (to use a voucher I got for my b'day lol) and buying a Metric tap and die kit. Going to drill out my plug and make a M12x1.25 thread and It will be good to go!

EDIT: Note most of my searching was just finding the exact info about the sizes of threads etc. once I got that, Then I located that item and can now thread my own.

    Ciao.
