you will want them powdercoated as painting them won't be durable enough and they will scratch/mark easily
this means you will have to take the wheels (and tyres off) and remove all bearings and seals...and possibly get new bearings if you stuff your old ones up when you remove them.
you are lookin at around $100/$150 to powdercoat them both.
Ive used PT powdercoaters in malaga before.
I also believe there is a powdercoater on here that is a forum sponsor? or maybe im confusingg forums...
sweet thank you man, thats good coz i live juz in morley so not far from here..
one more question as i dont have any racing stand or any other tools to hold my bike up, is there any place that willing to take the tyres off n all?
cheers
Also check with Simon at motorcycle panel and paint, I know he does wheels and all his work is top notch.
Any shop can take your wheels and tires off, storing the bike while they get painted might be a different story.
season 2012 is coming.....
sweet cheers!
I have a headstem front stand and rear stand you can borrow for a week or two.
pm me to organise.
thats sick.. but il check with the shop first if its affordable than that shouldn be a problem![]()
It cost me $60 to get both my wheels powder coated in Rockingham. The real expense was the $250 to replace all the bearings and seals.

Women are like motorcycles, they should be ridden hard and kept well lubricated ...
Perth Powder Coaters are also PSB sponsors
