Have you tried contacting Dynojet?

Methods for epoxy removal that are easy to do and dont require special chemicals are;
1) Boiling in water as above 90C most epoxies used for electronics encapsulation turn to a honey like consistency
2) Vinegar
3) Acetone
When you say 'fry' do mean smoke came out? Or it is no longer functioning as it should?
Does it respond when plugged into a computer?
Throw it away.
Is there something better for a TL than a PCIII nowdays? Aren't there fully programmable ECU's for Suzukis?

you can open any sealed black box with a hacksaw and epoxy it back together
ive done this on solid state with varying degrees of success when ive had to..
cordia turbo black box - dry solder little hard to find, but easy fix
frequency transmitter - cracked PCB, obvious problem and easy fix
if its not working, then you have nothing to lose buy cutting it open and taking a look inside

^solderingAt first glance many solder joints appear to be quite "O.K." but on closer examination many are in fact defective. The insidious problem with dry joints in soldering is that the circuit frequently performs alright for a period of time, even years before failure.

Hit me up if you need a hand with the soldering duder :B:

depending on how irreplacable or valuable your electronic black box is- it can be worth sitting down for an hour or so with a high quality magnifying glass and a soldering iron and touching up all solders that look suspect- if there is no good reason for it to have stopped working ie: lightning bolt
plug it back in and see if it starts working again
Erm... sorry, that was a joke
