Unhappy

Looking for someone honest and will do a good job and a decent price. I'm night a tight ass but obviously don't want to get ripped off.

My Ninja has about 25k on it and I think nothing has ever been done to it. I've done a oil change on it since I got it (21k) but the chanee seems to be very tired.

I think I might also Streetfighter it as I'm a big fan.

so.. anyone you could recommend?

just before you do decide whether to do it, have a look at the frame, cause they are pretty ugly frames on those..... even shiny to the max they look industrial, but if that's a look you like, go for it! you also get sweet fuck all resale on it if you do, especially being a 250......

would be interesting to see though.....

I don't think I'd shine it up. I'd like to black'n it actually. Like the 05 model Kwakas.

Resale value is always a bummer, but I'm hoping an enthusiast 250 rider that wants something different would offer a decent price..

I think we gots another one here Bulbous!!!
I remember what my ZX2 looked like with the fairings off... it was nasty. but good nasty I thought!! to avoid the resale issues, just keep the original bits and restore it before sale!!

I found One on One in Malaga to be pretty good for mechanic stuff, I know both Tai and Steve from Elite recommend him!!

As for the streetfighter project, do as Bulbous says, NOT as he does or you'll have a dented and chipped frame... JUST like his!!!

Spoke with MDH and they are really busy..
Spoke to Grant from One On One and he's worried about how hard it will be to get a new altenator cover gasket and says I should source it from Kwaka.. so maybe I should just get everything done at Kwaka Osborne park.. are they good?

ps. sorry for such a bumpasaurus..

Yeah, fighterize it!

I'm gonna be doin mine, but not really by choice. Taken down by a DD some time back and im thinking fighter will be cheaper than getting fairings, etc replaced. Anyone know best place to start for headlights, indicators and the like?

i got my headlights from Demon Tweeks in the UK, and they worked out a shitload cheaper than the exact same things here..... the mounting kit however was cheaper here than by the website... go figure....

other than that, i have bought most of my fighter gear from eBay in the states, even easier if you don't worry about what bike it came off, as long as the measurements are the same, then you have a winner.... i am about to be putting a 2004 ZX-6R front end onto my Fireblade, and only need one small piece custom made to have it fit (hopefully), so feel free to find random shit from other bikes, as long as you like it, that is what matters i guess!
