I need to machine the REBOUND needle from my rear shock.

The draft on the needle is around 10 Deg and it needs to increase to 15 Deg to allow more fluid flow and make the clicker more effective.

By the way I'm also;
Replacing the original spring with a 0.5 kg/mm lighter unit, Increasing the resistance to flow of the COMPRESSION shim stack, and decreasing the resistance to flow of the REBOUND shim stack.

All this allows the shock to be tuned more effectively for my weight and riding style as the OEM spring is way to hard @ 10 kg/mm and range of the OEM clickers effectiveness is nothing short of shocking - either ON or OFF!

Its a pretty straight forward job really, for the right operator.
