what has made you think you have a problem with the valves?

If it runs AND is "noisy and rattles a lot" maybe timing chain tensioner or guides......any thoughts on Kwaka weaknesses????
Clutch basket.... need to see video or at least have more info.....model/age etc......

Could also remove the throttle bodies and rotate the crank to check if valve stems are wearing away
