    CGL Tools/Coventry's -Postponed

    Hey Guys and Girls,

Feel like getting dirty? Ive had a few PM's about pricing on tools after posting this My New Tool Kit

What i need to do is just gather a general interest in what sort of tools you are after so i can go to management and see what kind of deal they can give us.

Once they have given pricing i will post it back up here and you can then make a decision if you want to go ahead with it.

The group buy is on CGL Tools, Great quality and come with a lifetime warranty, We also stock just about every other brand of tools and workshop equipment so if you are after something else please let me know. Part numbers would be appreciated, if you dont know one, Just jump on the phone to any one of the coventry's stores and get the part number.

The full CGL Tools catalogue is available here, It's 20MB so dialup beware.

Just grab the part number of what your interested Part numbers are in the catalogue.

    Cheers
    Tyson

Definitely interested ... Not sure of the specifics though. I really need a socket set and spanners at a minimum... but if a good deal on a medium size box is available I may go that way instead.

    CTK102 - 181Pce chest.
    CTK106 - 295Pce chest
    CTK220 - 1/2 drive socket set
    CTK270 - AF / Metric Combination Spanners

Looking through it I have most of what I need, some of it is nasty and could do with replacing, and it's scattered about the place...

Interested in rough pricing anyway on:
    CTS410/405/400 (in order of pref)
    CTS450 (possible, but not essential)
CTK350 (Did the Metrinch patent expire?)
    CT2135

    Cheers!

Tool box 9-12 draws and maybe the roller cabinet that goes beneath it. 1/2 drive torque wrench pref sidcrome. 8 inch grinder with linishing belt.

    Ok would be interested in
    CTS410
    CTS470
    CTK320
    CT2520 or Sidcrome equivalent
+ 8 inch bench grinder and linshing belt.

Would like to have a look at the tool boxes before jumping is it possible to view them at your work?

A price on toolboxes like what you have would be a start, then I'll see if the minister of finance will come to the party.

I also wondered about the CGL/metrinch type tools
