    GB HID's - CLOSED

As per THIS THREAD we can do the GB if we get more than 10 items.

    Single MC HID kit AUD$40
    Double car HID kit $70

Please advise your type of lamp needed ie H4/H7/H9 etc - I dont know yours so dont ask me.
    Also what kit
    What Kelvin/temperature/brightness you want - ie 5000k/8000k
here is an example of the brightness:

Personally I am getting 5000k as I have these in my Busa and they are the perfect colour.

Payment details will follow if/when we get the numbers needed.

What I'd like to see is ie:

    3 kits
    Car H4 5000k
    MC H7 8000k
    Car h9 6000k

I know almost nothing about HID lighting.

Bikes: Aprilia SXV550, Kawasaki Balius, Yamaha DT230
    Cars: 2007 Falcon x 2, 2000 Commodore ute

If someone can explain to me that these can be fitted without borking something else and working well then I'll buy a bunch of them.

Is it just plug a bunch of stuff in and the headlights are heaps better?
One owner. Only driven gently on Sundays. Sold to best offer. First to see will buy. Reward offered for safe return. Coming soon to a cinema near you. Available for a limited time only.

My waterbed broke this morning. Oh, I don't have a waterbed. Bugger.

Yes. Can be fiddly to install, depending on room, but well worth the effort. All of your cars are H4 bulbs with dual fillaments (lo/hi), bikes I am not sure about. Pull the globe out and read what it says on the back, H1, H3, H7 etc. 5000K is about the right colour, as Dubs said.

Bought mine for the bird just recently...

I'm still in for this Dubs, my Mazda 3 requires H7 bulbs, I'm liking the 6'000K.

Dubs, I'm keen for a set for my motorbike.
I have a left side low beam H7 and a right side high beam H9. Not sure how that works for your kits, does that make it two kits?
5000K seems right by the look of your chart and would take your recommendation on that too.

If this is confusing, let me know and I'll try to get more info from someone who knows about this stuff.
    Cheers,
    E

    I'm keen for the following:
    2 Kits
    1x MC H7 6000K
    1x Car H4 5000K

My only query is if 2x MC kits = 1x Car kit. I'm tossing up a 2nd MC one but unsure if that makes it 2x MC H7 or 1x Car H7.

Just got word, I used H7 as an example and they said:

    Hi Mr.Dub,

The HID lamp H7 can be used in car and motorbike,

Here attached the picture of AC slim ballast, pls check it out.

So if you need 2 for your bike that are the same list it down as a Car kit.

    Hi Dubs,

Does this mean the H4 aren't suitable for bikes?

All globes vary, some use H4, some H7's and other types or a combination of different globes depending on the bike and whether HB or LB
