    Update

    Gday guys.

    My sincerest apologies for the delay with getting your Heel Guards over ... please bare with me and Ill explain.

    I have been chasing these things ever since the order went in.

    Corey (my supplier in the US) got two of the three in ..but the last one was put in back order without his knowledge by the manufacturer.

    Gilles is painful when it comes to spares sometimes .. I waited almost 6 months for a part I ordered.

    Anyway.

    I spoke to Corey the other night and it appears to him that the final one has finally been taken off back order and has been sent to him.

    This means that they should be on the next box over here.

    Corey has been called away for the next 4 days on a family emergency so I cant follow up again this week, however I will follow up with him as soon as he's back and find out where they are.

    Im expecting to place another order and bring another box of parts in over the next couple of weeks, so fingers crossed they will be in there.

    Again .. my sincerest apologies ... trying to get somethign from Germany to the US to here has proven to be a more difficult exercise than I bargained on.

    Ill let you know how Im going early next week.

    I spoke to him the otehr day and asked that he ship them at his cost NOW.

    Sorry guys this is the first time I've had any real major issues and I have brought over alot of gear.

    I know there were major issues with Gilles themselves suppling the parts in the first place but it shouldnt take this long.

    The guy I deal with is really good at following things up.

    The issues here started with the manufacturer. Then it all went down hill from here.

    All I can do is say Im really sorry for the stuffing around guys. I hate it when things like this happen.

    i ordered a part from a compnay there , nearly a month later - no sign, send a couple of emails no reply, send a terse email, got the the reply
