Group Buy Guidelines.
With the increasing popularity of Perth Street Bikes and the number of Group Buys that we have had running recently it is becoming apparent that we need some guidelines for the management of Group Buys.
To enable us to manage the quantity and quality of Group Buys we have decided to channel all Group Buys through the Co-ordinating Staff in the first instance.
This will not only help us keep tabs on all the active Group Buys but it will enable us to help you with contacts and support.
There are also a number of relationships with shops throughout Perth that need to be considered whenever a Group Buy is put together.
This does not mean that members can't start, organise or run Group Buys. We encourage forum members to be actively involved and are more than happy to let members run Group Buys. However ALL Group Buys MUST be approved prior to being posted either as a deal or as an EOI.
How do I organise a Group Buy?
AT NO TIME APPROACH ANY STORE ACTING ON BEHALF OF PSB TO ORGANISE A GROUP BUY, WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE BELOW PERSONS. MOST OF THE TIME THE BELOW PERSONAL WILL ORGANISE THE GROUP BUY, RATHER THAN YOU.
1. Decide on the product you think would make a good Group Buy.
Please check HERE for a list of all the previous Group Buys and when they were completed.
2. PM or Email BlackFZR letting them know about the proposed Group Buy.
3. If all is ok .. we will give the go ahead and start a thread for the EOI within the GB Section.
5. We will approach the shops within Perth that we (PShave relationships with.
6. Once we have all the quotes in and a firm idea of numbers we will start a new Group Buy thread to post all the details of the deal and the payment details.
7. Silent Group Buys will not be accepted. A silent group buy is one that is by PM or Phone call only. Silent group buys will be closed and hidden.
Members are not to post Group Buys or EOI's without first checking with the above Forum staff.
