Disclosure , Yes i work for the Coventry Group (IT) and they did give me a killer price on these to help out with my Turbo project. Regardless of that, i'd still be posting this as they are a great product that are not really known about in Perth.
That aside, I've managed to take a bit of time off working on the bike to snap some quick shots of the new tool kit i purchased. It CGL's (Coventry Group) own brand of tools.
It's a 295pc toolkit with 10 Drawer cabinet, contains just about everything that your average spanner spinner will need and only lacks the specialist tools that may be needed for the odd jobs that you will only use it once for. It does however come with 3 socket sets, 6 spanner sets, screwdrivers, 3 punch/chisel sets, a wide variety of pliers, 4 hammers (even i don't need that many), 5 shifters, hacksaw, 1/2 drive torque wrench, digi multimeter, 4 circlip pliers, multigrips, plus more that I've forgotten.
The tools themselves are top of the line and in my opinion rival or better some of the top name brands. They even come with a lifetime warranty. Ive managed to abuse quite a few of them so far and they do not suffer the same traits that cheaper tools do. All up the cabinet full of tools weighs in at about 150kgs so it's not too easy to move around, I'm going to grab another chest on wheels to give me some more draws and to put the entire package on wheels.
If anyone's interested to have a look at some of the other tools they do here's the catalogue of just the CGL Tools http://www.perthstreetbikes.com/tyson/CGL_Catalogue.pdf (20mb)
Here's some crappy pics for now.
