    Don't get him started

Sato rearsets are f'kin AWESOME. If (when?) I can afford them, I'll get some for my bike. Amazing tooling, full-race ball bearings and no flex (unlike certain German rearets are known to do *cough*)

But you certainly pay for 'em.

Justin, From memory last set for a 749 were around the $445usd price range ($593aud) + freight what is usually quite minimal (around the $20 mark) , and the fact that i am an agent direct form USA means i have no middle man to bump prices.

Shrike summed it up .... but as far as comparing, have you ever taken a knife to a gun fight ? ... kinda like that. Haha, seriously tho, they are in every aspect the pinnacle of mass produced, easy to obtain (read : not factory works) gear in all forms, both exhausts, and rear sets. They are also a slimmer line rear set to the Gillies from memory.

Seriously if you are after rearsets you cannot go past Sato, A review for the RC51 compared 11 different sets and the reviewer ended up buying Satos because he could, in his words "lift the bike up on the rearsets alone, they are that strong"
