Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has been to Andaluz tapas bar in the city? If so - how the hell do you get there? What is the food like? What are the drinks like - and overall - expensive?

I've been there a bunch of times and I love the place.
Fantastic wine list, amazing cocktail list for the ladies. Not the cheapest place I've been in Perth, but certainly not the most expensive.
If you want to sit down and eat, get there early, no later than 6:30 on a Saturday night if you want to get a table straight away, as they do not take bookings.
Last time I took a young lass there it was around $90. Two drinks each, four plates off the tapas menu, we were both very satisfied. Her cocktails were outstanding.
Getting there, park anywhere nearby and walk down Howard Street. The entrance is signed and you walk down the small alleyway to the bar. Very trendy, but comfortable layout. Bench seating with small tables outside, some lounges with tables inside and a small seated dining area near the bar.
Love it, do it, have a great time.
If you want something slightly less trendy, Kitsch Bar in Leederville is excellent also. Similar pricing but asian-inspired tapas style dining, and a very laid back dining area. The wine, cocktail and beer list isn't anywhere near as broad as Andaluz though.
Take a lady to either of those places, it will get you laid*.
*charm and wit may play a small part in this too. I can't guarantee that portion of the evening.
I'm a simple man. I like pretty, dark-haired women and breakfast food.
Andaluz is in Leederville, no?
Howard st in the city.

Yeah well that is the plan. Thought I would actually work out where it is first.
Cheers lads
I know the one now... Was thinking of Duende in Leederville.
My bad!
Have only really been to Andaluz for drinks.
Have eaten at Duende a couple times and thats pretty good...

The Imp is good. Be nice to the staff.
Went to the Silver Spoon (Vic Park) recently and loved all the food and drink I consumed. Its a get what you pay for so is a little exxy.
