I'm looking at buying a cordless Paslode nailgun (IM250A) online, coming from Sydney.

So I need to know if Paslode fuel cells are readily available in Perth, and where to get them from.

    Thanks.

I'm a carpenter i've been using these guns every day for about four years.

Fuel cells are available at every major hardware store we buy ours from bunnings or ortons toolmart also stock them, you buy 3000 nails and 3 cartridges you usually end up with a few nails left over.

Make sure you keep the gun nice and clean and the working actions free of debris, we strip them down and clean them about once a weekbut like i said we use them all day every day

You can now buy the cartridges individually (finally!) without the nails. I forget how much they are, but I think it was about $12.

cool. thanks for that. I'd only be using it occasionally, like maybe 20 nails a week. But it'll save me money in the long run. Making lowered ceilings I can either buy aluminium stud, or use the wood I get for free off the sites. Wood is easier to work with too, but I'd need a nailgun to put it up there.

I understand you need a license for some or all... does it apply to the cordless fuel cell ones?
