It hasnt been this hot for a while.

A lovely 24 degrees here on the south coast.. bit cold for a swim but I'll survive.

i dont mind the hot days. it's the 30 degree nights when i'm trying to sleep that i hate.

Fan, wet facewasher - job done, once asleep I usually don't wake up, getting to sleep is another matter.
Somehow it's reassuring knowing that I'm not the only one pretending to be normal.
