can anyone help install a mixer? PLEASE :)

Not sure if I'm allowed to post this sort of stuff...

I'm renovating my bathroom and I can do pretty much everything by myself except the installation of a shower mixer. I don't have the necessary tools or sufficient knowledge to do it.

Is there anyone with some plumbing experience who can help me replace the old taps with a new mixer? I prepared the area as much as I could ...removed tiles, dug a huge hole around the taps and bought a new mixer.

I need help cutting the taps off and welding the new mixer in. I've attached a pic of the current state of the area.

Can anyone please help?
