Can someone recommend a good car mechanic ?

My integra needs the following things fixed/replaced

timing belt
water pump
crankshaft seals (and whereever else she is leaking oil )

The problem here is the parts are themselves not very expensive, its just that the job will be time consuming, which means $$$ at the regular industry rates -> im being quoted like $70-$80 an hour atm

I have no problem whatsoever with my regular mechanic (at my local ultra tune ! ), its just that i was wondering if someone out there can recommend me a mechanic, one who wont charge me approx $500 in labour costs for those jobs to be done ?

or maybe someone who takes payments in the form of cartons of beer hehe

any help would be appreciated!
