you may have a shite modem like mine mate

i have ad-link dsl504g and its notorious for crap nat

i tried everything, taboo tried to help no joy

i first noticed this on my 360 and yeh its gay

the only way to fix it (in my case) is to replace my modem

So I've had it for over a week now and its about time I posted about it. I leapt straight into campaign on veteran, because I'm a real man. It took ten hours, so I don't really agree with the length complaints. They packed a hell of a lot of content into that time, and had it gone on it would have outstayed its welcome and risked a reduction in quality.

Spec ops seems solid. I look forward to knocking off all the stars on co-op.

Multiplayer... ew. Everything we supected would be wrong with this system, is. Someone at IW needs to be taken out the back and shot for somehow thinking that removing EVERY BASIC FEATURE AND OPTION common to online gaming since Quake was a good idea.

I mean, first they force me to UNLOCK game modes, then I find hardcore tdm (my absolute favourite mode) has no kill cam and horrendous respawn. And we can't change any of that! Bah, humbug.

I'm also not sold on the level design. CoD 4 had consistently brilliant, bordering on perfect levels. In MW2, some are quite good, but others feel too much like a bunch of buildings on a landscape.

Matchmaking is weird. One game I'll have shoddy lag with a bunch of Vietnamese, then I'll have shoddy lag with a bunch of whiney American teenage emos. Skill levels also seem to be all over the place.

On the plus side, when I finally decided to play FFA I owned pretty damn hard on Terminal. I was on about 18/4 kd until this other dude I was neck and neck with for first got hold of an AC 130. Still, I'll take 22/11 and second place.
