Well it isn't fraudulent.
Allowing people to pay everything using something like the e-tag is pretty handy imo.

You dont have to get an etag (altho its handy because it works in every state in Australia that has toll roads apparently). You can use the auto detect thing (state based) which scans your number plate and adds it to your account which you have to set up anyway - it costs you an extra 20cent (or something like that) everytime you go thro a toll which is sfa if you only use it occasionally. You can also have multiple vehicles on 1 account.
