Employ an engineering firm to build a massive underground building, the digging's already been done. Maybe add some thick windows and lighting for some interesting mineral deposits and create a tourist attraction.
If by 'interesting mineral deposits' you mean boring limestone and sedimentary sands, then yes - awesome tourist attraction.
If by 'massive underground building' you mean 'Guatemalan death trap', then yes - definately an interesting building
