While i think that fair and just punishment is required, it is hard to think of what that might look like.

Obviously there will be the usual over reactions like "kill them and anyone they might know and love in the most terrible ways known to man" but instances like this where the offenders are juveniles means they will usually get little more than a slap on the wrist.

I respect that dude - he did very very well to protect himeself and engage the attackers. Most of us would not have conducted themselves with such purpose.
