I ran into my ex (who I have a huge grudge against) at his grandfather's funeral the other week. He mentioned he was trying to get into a certain industry and I forwarded him some information and contacts for him, thinking that he would be a loser again and not act on it. But now he has an interview this week. I rule. That is all.

Getting jobs for partners that are a little less fortunate than ourselves is fraught with danger. I did the same thing for an ex. My mum was state manager for a large retailer at the time. Shortly after we broke up my ex wound up going in at odd hours and cash went missing. 2+2 etc.
