Was parking my bike in one of Perth's CPP buildings on friday, and was chatting to an R1 owner. PSB - It doesn't matter how right you are. If you aren't in with the crowd who thinks they are the in crowd because they post a lot, then you are wrong.
gnocci sounds super easy, but it's fucking tricky. You need the right texture, them to not dissolve, and to not turn into little balls of glue either. I've got Italian friends who says it's easier to just buy a pack, and they make most of their own pastas.
