The tree that killed my car is no longer living, and has been turned into a great big truck full of mulch which is presently piled up on the corner of my mate's front yard. I rode up there this morning to watch it. I have never been so pleasantly amused to see a plant die. I sat in the front window watching the guys climb the tree sawing it down branch by branch. I felt like Mr Burns, or a villian from a James Bond movie, watching their latest victim being tortured and pulled to pieces. It was great.

Feeling fitter and eating less comfort food
Picked up bike with new sprockets and chain and finding the lower end of the rev range much smoother and better for taking off from the lights - feels good.
So pumped for my early morning ride with diversions to Albany and on South Coast to Augusta through to Cowaramup and back over the next few days and seeing mates I haven't seen in a while and fishing, boating, riding... I'm going to explode with awesome vibes. Life is good!
