Goldmember, are you a glass half full or half empty kind of guy? Either way it's Port Hedland.

Good luck Simon, life is what you make of it.
Some of the most enjoyable nights in my life have been spent in the roughest country pubs and camps you could imagine.
You will meet some incredible characters and probably experience some amazing weather.
If my memory serves me well, you came from the UK.
At least you will eat well, unlike the poor bastards back home surviving on soggy cardboard and grass clippings.

Damn near jumping for joy right now!
Bought some new clothes today, 2-3 sizes smaller than last time I went clothes shopping. Going through it tonight, I though I might as well try on some older stuff that I haven't been able to wear for a while (years).
I discovered I can wear things again that I haven't worn in years, my HSV pit shirt and PSB pit shirt among them! There's also a blue and black patterned semi-formal shirt that I bought about 5 years ago. It was a little too small when I bought it, but I hadn't seen the design before (or since) so I got it anyway. Just discovered that one now fits too!
Got a housewarming to go to next weekend, and a lot of the people that will be there haven't seen me since almost 30kg ago. Very much looking forward to wearing the blue/black shirt to that one.
3kg more and I'll be back to what I was at the end of highschool. Can't understand for the life of me why I didn't do this earlier.
How did you do it NanoBear? Trying to lose a few kgs myself...
Loving your work Nano.

Awesome stuff Mr Nanobear, can't wait to see you in the flesh, I bet I'd hardly recognise you.
In life you only get one lap, might as well make it a good one.
Buy my stuff, everything now half price - http://www.perthstreetbikes.com/foru...woofer-144818/
Saw Tim Minchin and WASO last night, absolutely amazing show. That man is a genius.
Seeing Barry Morgan tonight, should hopefully be quite a laugh![]()

I too, have just jumped back on an eating/excercise plan. I follow one of the popular but less expensive weight loss programs, which has worked brilliantly for me in the past.
I was a consultant for the company when I was in pharmacy and most of my most successful clients were men.
I don't work for them anymore but still really like the program. I'm happy to spill what I know if anyone is interested.

Oh, and the reason I came to post?????
Kasey Chambers at the Mundaring Weir Hotel tonight.
Can't wait![]()
Great night with friends last night, a sleep in this morning and a busy afternoon being awesome.

Is PSB glitching? I'm sure I posted this before work this morning
Anyway, did it the 'hard' way. Stopped eating (and drinking) crap, started eating 3 healthy meals a day. I do keep a rough tally of callories in my head, but I don't count religiously. Also went from 0 exercise to at least an hour 4-6 times a week.
There really are no short cuts.
Been glitching a bit for me...
Sounds like a good plan. I've put on about 10kgs since I moved over to WA and in with my Mrs 10 months ago, mainly as I started eating 3 times a day for the first time in over 10 years.
I'm doing more exercise than I was when I lived in Sydney and drinking considerably less than I was and still it wont go away.
Recently started on those meal replacement shakes for when I'm at work for breakfast/lunch, I reckon I'll give them a few weeks in conjunction with a bit more exercise in general. Shame they all taste arse except the Blackmores ones, but they use milk and not water.
Eating more (smaller) meals a day is healthier than just having a couple of big meals.
Use the website that Nano has in his sig (myfitnesspal.com) and put in the height/weight/activity stuff and then ditch the meal shakes, track your food (and drink!) intake for each day, get on the weights in the gym and visit the PSB fitness megathread and you too can be slim and strong n shiz.
We finally reached an American Dream Goal, bought a house in the country and today we start the monumental task of moving 16 years worth of collections. Going from 1000 square feet to over 2400 will be very nice. Will post pics of my new shop once I get my tools and toys installed. Plenty of room for the missus' horses too. Going to be a very busy week.
